Terms of service

The site is free to use. Please don’t:

• Try to break into the site, other people’s accounts or the systems behind it.
• Record prayers you did not pray, or use scripts to send requests that slow the site down or distort its counts.
• Use anything on the site to find, expose or harm any person or community.

An account is optional. If you create one, give a real email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

The information on people groups comes from the IMB, Joshua Project and independent research. Population figures and other numbers are estimates, and sources often disagree. Some information may be incomplete or out of date. Please don’t rely on it for decisions about anyone’s safety.

You may share the site’s prayers and people group summaries for prayer and other non-commercial ministry use, with a link back to the site.

Data from the IMB and Joshua Project remains under their own terms. Photos belong to the people credited on them and keep their own licenses. Scripture is from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain.

If you send us feedback or corrections, we may use them to improve the site without owing you anything for them.

The site links to and loads content from other websites, and you can sign in with Google or Apple. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be either, and we may change or stop any part of it.

As far as the law allows, Gospel Ambition is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its information.

When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
